Dear Sponsor,
We, the African American Family Summit Committee, extend our appreciation for your partnership on such an important endeavor. The committee has been working extremely hard to make this event a great success. Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases within the state of Florida, we had been advised to consider postponing our face-to-face meeting from September of 2021 to September 24, 2022, at 7:30pm for the live performance, “10Boys1Girl”, the musical, as well as the “Family Life Symposium” being held on September 24, 2022 at 9:00am at 4811 Ehrlich Rd. Tampa Florida at the Bible-Based Fellowship Church.
Be assured our committee, staff, and organizers are pushing forward full steam ahead. All participants have been contacted and remain committed to participate on these new dates. COVID-19 has delayed but not deterred our plans and we are excited to know that moving the dates has given us a more optimistic outcome!
As a valuable sponsor, we wanted to keep you posted on the date change. Please keep us in your prayers and thoughts. In times such as these we need each other to make a difference in our world today. We appreciate your continued support. You will be hearing more details as the new date approaches.
With Respect,
Dr. Kennedy E. Jacobs Sr., M.Div., D. Min
